Thanks to my variety of past and present employers, I've gained considerable knowledge pertaining to retail and most notably, customer service. Along the way I've gained experience with managing team members in a food setting as well as a retail setting, discovered my love of working directly with associates and customers alike, gained knowledge of cash management, banking procedures, computer programs, and office management. I've also acquired vast knowledge of POS systems and plan o grams. In my current position, I have the pleasure of shipping American made products domestically as well as internationally. I also work directly with customers over the phone, online, and in person. Outside of my experience from my past and present jobs, I have also done volunteer work at two South Florida retirement homes with the events coordinators, volunteer work filing and preparing letters at a non-profit agency that works directly with children in Russia and neighboring countries, as well as volunteer work at various professional offices doing filing, book work, organizing, and cleaning. In 2001 and 2002 I had the pleasure of going on missions trips to the Bahamas to volunteer at a children's day camp, as well as two orphanages. Our duties included cleaning/maintaining the properties, caring for animals, teaching the children stories and songs, as well as spreading our faith. In my personal life I enjoy art, painting, general crafting, making hula hoops, hula hooping, hiking, and spending time with my family. I am very thankful to have a career with such an amazing company. They have helped me learn so many new programs and advanced my knowledge in an office environment.
