Head Summer Camp Counsellor 2014-2017,2023Leadership Counsellor 2018-2019-Build a relationship and establish a rapport with each camper assigned to you.-Recognize and respond to opportunities for problem solving in the group.-Provide opportunities for the group so that each individual experiences success during camp.-Provide opportunities for discussion of individual or group problems or concerns.-Carry out established roles in enforcing camp safety regulations.-Leading activities-Set a good example for campers and others including cleanliness, punctuality, sharing clean up and chores, sportsmanship, and table manners.-Encourage respect for personal property, camp equipment, and facilities.-Arrive to all meetings and assigned activities on time.-Attend and participate in all assigned camp activities and programs.

To ensure responsibility for the effective daily management of the nursery alongside the Nursery/Deputy Nursery Manager, to have a sound knowledge of all Company policies, procedures, statutory welfare requirements and Ofsted expectations and requirements and to ensure that these are maintained at all times.To be a role model to the staff team. Be able to showcase high quality practice with regards to individual and group work with children, dealing with staff and parent issues as they arise.To take responsibility alongside the Nursery Management Team for the safety, security and well-being of all children, staff and visitors at all times.To support the Nursery/Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed in line with Local Authority and Company procedures.To embrace, understand and promote the Nurseries and to understand the role you play as a member of the management team in providing high levels of care and education.Oversee that all staff develop an enabling environment that is child-led, using both indoor and outdoor spaces effectively.Reflect on daily practice and identify areas for continual improvement.To ensure that all children are treated as individuals and that we are supporting this through our approach to planning in line with the EYFS.To work in partnership to ensure standards are continuously being met in line with Ofsted requirements and the EYFS.

-Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems-Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls-Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio-Participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week-Maintain an organized and clean work environment-Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns-Ensure proper on-boarding of all OTF members through the use of Client Intake Forms and Agreements
