After 19 years as an experienced HR professional, I successfully transitioned into my other passionate interest and began my work in education with Fairfax County Public Schools. Each day I work with a variety of students across as many as four grade levels throughout the school year. I encourage and inspire all students to work hard and do their best every day. I believe all children are capable of success and when we provide the support they need, witnessing their success is the best reward.
