Current- Responsible for developing relationships with caregiver applicants and performing all phases of the hiring process through the use of an applicant tracking system, including follow-up.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company brand and effectively present company core values, services and job duties to caregivers.
- In conjunction with company leadership, develop and maintain a recruiting and engagement plan focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies online and within the community.
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.
- Following the company standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all caregivers.
