Designed and developed corporate training curriculum for 1,000 sales and account services employees that included product, sales and soft skills training both in instructor led and e-learning formats. Collaborated with Human Resource business partners to develop and implement a new employee on-boarding program including a new hire orientation, management.

Developed training curriculum and corresponding materials to meet instructional goals and objectives for a wide range of audiences including both senior level management and front line employees. Developed and implemented all new employee training and continuing education for existing employees.
