Process and prepare immigrant visa applications including but not limited to PERM, I-140, I-485 and RFEs. Generate detailed Excel reports and identify trends to provide updates to the firm. Attend Department meetings and review case status with attorneys. Review, edit and provide feedback on paralegal and attorney work. Monitor changes and updates to USCIS guidelines and regulations. Review client background information and prepare action plan to move forward with each case. Monitor status of cases, follow up with employees and employers via email, phone and Murthy Law Firm’s in-house communication hub. Conduct on-line job comparison research, regarding client work locations, and various other research as needed. Train new and existing team members and identify new and existing ways to improve team productivity. Contribute to the development of the firm’s processes to simplify standardized procedures to help the office operate efficiently and effectively. Draft standardized correspondence and text for office wide use with clients. Prepare and maintain records and documents. Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys, management, and accounting department. Data input and maintain client information. Provide administrative support as needed.
