As the Co-CEO of Unosanital USA, I provided strategic vision and creative solutions for a startup medical device company’s expansion into global markets. My contributions included defining the company’s ideal clients, developing and executing go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, and distribution plans to introduce an innovative patient-washing system for disabled or bedridden patients to hospitals and government entities worldwide. Through my extensive business network, I procured multimillion-dollar orders; however, the company encountered delays in the manufacturing process due to the COVID-19 pandemic.The mission of Unosanital is to enable patients to take care of their personal hygiene with dignity and efficiency while bedridden. The Trolly B system is easy to transport and is the only system that allows for bedside patient washing. Unosanital’s products are manufactured in Italy in compliance with the highest standards for the protection of people and the environment.
