I am a Human Resources Consultant with advanced experience working in the implementation and upgrade of large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Most recently, Workday's Core HCM and Talent Management service areas. I have led projects and teams of various sizes to successful system integrations. I have extensive project management and methodology development experience.Additionally, I have worked as an undergraduate recruitment leader. I'd love to help your organization with any recruiting needs, as I have found that finding the right fit for both people and positions is a passion of mine. I have developed Undergraduate Recruitment strategies and conducted various recruiting efforts and both Georgia Tech and Vanderbilt. I've placed many new and experienced hires in positions that have allowed them to excel in their new careers.Finally, I am committed to serving my community through various volunteer positions. I am a member of the Junior League of Birmingham, a member of the Advisory Council for the Canterbury United Methodist Day School, an eighth grade Sunday school teacher at St. Francis Xavier Church, and have sat on the Junior Board of the Bell Center for Early Intervention. I have also volunteered at the Ronald McDonald house on several occasions.
