I provide specialized training and consultation focused around all aspects of Disability Inclusion. My passion is removing barriers to participation to create inclusive spaces, services, products and practices. I have held a number of positions in my career centered in Disability services, including the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Children’s Respite Care Center in Omaha and as an Assistive Technology Specialist for Easter Seals Massachusetts. I give my time and talent to several area Boards and commissions - including co-founder of Imagine Inclusion, Board President for Angel Guardians, Inc, and Vice Chair for the Mayors Commission for Citizens with Disabilities - to support efforts to make Omaha more inclusive for people with Disabilities. I am a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) who holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering with an emphasis on Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.Experienced, entrepreneurial-minded, leader, planner, engineer and specialist at identifying and capturing business opportunities. Driven to make impactful contributions. Strong collaboration skills and an ability to face challenge and diversity head on, working for a solution that is mutually beneficial on a department and organizational level.
