I joined Valtech in April 2024 by way of acquisition of Kin + Carta (formerly Solstice). As the Head of Valtech Americas' Operations Strategy team, I help shape the company's success. My role involves leading and supporting various aspects of operational policy design, change management, and communication, and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic plans. I work closely with the Talent Management Organization which is our Workforce Management team. I relay critical messages throughout the organization and optimize operational processes, balancing cost management, efficiency, and revenue growth. Additionally, I oversee regional M&A initiatives, lead cost management programs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and profitability.
