I teach three, weekly sound healing yin yoga classes for Beach Waves Yoga members. Sound Healing Yin Yoga is the ultimate in relaxation for your body, mind, and soul. This class takes place both sitting and laying on your mat (no standing postures), incorporating gentle movement as well as stillness. Postures are held for longer, using props, to allow gravity to support connective tissue in releasing.

I am an Energy Medicine Practitioner with expertise in various modalities, including Sound Healing, Reiki, Yin Yoga, and Chakra Clearing. My practice involves processing and clearing stuck energy in the body, addressing issues stemming from ancestral, emotional, mental, physical, and sexual trauma. I provide comprehensive support to clients navigating life transitions, be it in personal or professional relationships, career transitions, business launches or closures, and even end-of-life matters. My primary focus is to empower clients to embark on their healing journey, allowing them to embrace their complete and optimal selves, thereby fulfilling their life's purpose.

I have a strong coaching background with experience working with girls aged 8 to 18, spanning all levels from recreational to elite club levels. I served as the Head JV Coach at Marin Academy in San Rafael, CA, and subsequently held the position of Assistant Varsity Coach (21-22) and later Head Varsity Coach (22-23) at Mt. Si High School in Snoqualmie, WA. Additionally, I contributed my coaching expertise to various club teams, including Tenacity, SF Rippers, STEPS CA, and Van'dal.

I quickly advanced through progressively responsible roles at MCE to my current role. I oversee and orchestrate daily operations, administration, and implementation for customer programs, as well as provide direct marketing and outreach activities. I also oversee the RFP process and contract negotiations to present to the board for approval. I supervise program metric tracking and evaluations and manage workforce development. In this role, I supported the organizational mission of promoting economic wellbeing of Marin City community by contacting property owners and property managers to inform them of MCE’s Multifamily Energy Savings Program. I oversaw contract management operations, including scope of work development, invoicing and project administration. Key Contributions: • Improved outreach by developing database of multifamily properties within MCE’s service area. • Hired, trained, and supervised direct install service team and managed purchases and inventory.• Developed dynamic marketing materials and organization-wide content for website.• Started as part-time Energy Efficiency Coordinator and promoted to management role within one year.

Managed a full cycle research project designed to access collective knowledge of Canal District community to develop a strategic plan for service providers, increase civic engagement, and develop Service Learning Policy for Dominican University. I coordinated logistics and communications and managed partner relationships. Key Contributions: • Developed and managed brand and created project website and virtual space to store data. • Compiled, analyzed, and disseminated data and collaborated with project team to build infrastructure to ensure achievement of outcomes, including reaching additional goals beyond timeline.

As Finance Coordinator, I oversaw and completed all financial activities, vendor relationships, job costing, payroll, contracts and insurance. Key Contribution: • Hired as Accounts Receivable Specialist and earned promotion to management role as result of initiative and proven ability to quickly master leadership and departmental procedures.

I managed program and personnel logistics for 18 U.S. and 18 South African students and three professors to provide consulting services to 16 entrepreneurs. In addition, I coordinated program events, excursions, and lectures. Key Contribution: • Completed pre and post program administrative tasks, including tracking expenses, supervising support staff, and interviewing and selecting applicant business owners for program participation. • Creatively resolved issues using innovative solutions to ensure success of program with limited resources.
