In my thesis project, I worked with Döhler GmbH, a leading supplier in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Döhler was interested in reorganizing their cost allocation structure to better reflect the price of doing business on a client-by-client basis. My team and I developed systemized methods to allocate former `common' costs to the correct client, thereby increasing Döhler's client accounting transparency.
