Worked directly with attorneys on commercial and residential real estate conveyancing deals in the Greater Boston Area. My role included but was not limited to the following daily tasks: ordering title, preparing title reports, issuing title insurance policies, preparing HUD-1 Settlement Statements for closings while working closely with clients, bank/lenders and title companies. Managed accounts and records of clients with the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion and analyzed client balance sheets for auditing purposes.

Worked as a substitue elementary school teacher in classrooms from kindergarten through sixth grade (all subjects). Taught an average of 25 students per class or worked one-on-one with special needs students.Assisted in leading the Summer program for local students. Planned educational, creative and recreational activities.
