After leading the outside counsel team for Veeva’s IPO (2013) and follow-on offering (2014), joined the in-house legal team to create the corporate legal function.Responsible for all aspects of corporate legal, including public reporting, liaising with Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee, NYSE compliance, developing and maintaining key corporate policies, managing global equity team and program (offering options and RSUs in over 30 countries).
