Complete bi-monthly payroll for 30 employees and maintain all accounting records. Complete scheduling for 25-30 employees for two locations of a 24 hour facility. Respond to time off requests from employees and arrange proper shift coverage.Responsible for writing all verbal/written warnings and termination notices. Coordinate staff continuing education. Maintain all personnel files: including completing new hire paperwork, arranging for fingerprinting, and licensing.Knowledge of licensing requirements and state regulations for a group home. Interface with multiple schools and mental and physical health care providers for clients. Responsible for managing a large file system of confidential and financial information for multiple locations. Coordinate communication between social workers, group home administrators and staff, as well as children clients.
