Being new to construction industry, I enjoyed understanding its operations and business execution model. My assignment was to develop new or optimized existing business processes and automate them as application functionalities to achieve business goals. With a high scope to add value, I worked closely with Project Sponsor (CCO) to understand the project scope and strategic importance and prioritized the business needs. Prepared RACI department wise for all the departments and identified the stakeholders (Process Champions, Process Owners and Interface Coordinators). Planned and worked with the stakeholders to• Root the process development culture in construction operations stakeholders for effective process improvement. • Studied and understood the “As Is” state of existing construction operations processes.• Worked diligently with business stakeholders to gather the process requirements and understood their expectations of “To-Be” processes.• Analysed and developed ideal processes in-line with construction operation division goals.• Spearheaded the automation of processes as functional requirements in software applications and tools.• Acted as Single Point of Contact for Business and IT teams.• Assess the feasibility and impact of recommended solution from all stakeholders perspective• Performed Functional testing and facilitated User Acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverable.• Trained resources and developed process development capability.• Played key role in different organizational transformation initiatives.

Report the observations or issues to respective teams.- Analyze the defects reported by Customer and categorize the defect category and assign it respective teams tracking it to closure.- Give demo to customer on the developed product or application.- Making note of changes suggested and analyze them and take them through change management process.- Perform full length project related activities starting from Enterprise Analysis, Business case preparation, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Requirement elicitation, Requirement Management and communication, Solution assessment and Validation and change management.- Identify feasible value add features and take it to customer explaining the benefits for increased customer satisfaction

Analysed the functional requirements, developed and integrated functionalities to build web applications satisfying customer needs and addressing customer challenges.
