As a Customer Support Specialist at Nearpod, I provide technical and pedagogical assistance to educators who use the platform to create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons. I leverage my skills and experience as a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT) in Early Adolescence/Science and a co-founder and director of E-Learn LLC, a company that offers online courses and consulting services in instructional technology and curriculum design.With over 15 years of teaching science and social studies to middle and high school students, I have a passion for enhancing student learning and achievement through innovative and effective educational practices. I hold a master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Walden University and a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Eastern Illinois University.
