I am a Chief Operating Officer with a background in consulting, team training, and strategic planning. A key to my continued success is my belief in the potential of people and my commitment to working to bring out their greatness through clear communication, challenging goal setting, and diligent collaboration. At the end of the day, results are a key metric by which success can be most effectively measured. That's why I believe that it's so important to make time to better understand the diverse natures of others, so that we can work together and see our collaboration lead to success. As I've traveled I've been able to work remotely and get one-on-one coaching from both the owner and former CEO at Precision. The company really empowers each of its employees to take the reins and cross train vertically and horizontally in order to provide more value to both our clients and the firm.
