Project includes design , purchase, construction and commissioning of the entire system to be added for upgrade purposes.New Power Plant for Kırıkkale Refinery;Description: Project includes Basic Eng., Detail Eng., Purchasing, Construction and Commissioning of 85 MW New Power Plant for Kırıkkale Refinery. There are two Steam Boilers ( 120 t/hr each of HRSG and Conventional Boiler), 17 MW and 23 MW Steam Turbines, 45 MW Gas Turbine ,VHP, HP BFW Pumps , Static Equipment's and their piping works

Resid Upgrading Project ( RUP ). Responsible for project engineering and design, purchasing, construction and commissioning. This project includes the first installation and commissioning of a delayed coking unit in Turkey. My responsibilities include:• To ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with our operational and technological needs, sound engineering practices, and project specifications. • Reviewing and commenting on the construction procedures&specifications raised by EPC Contractor in accordance with applicable international standards and codes. • Reviewing and commenting of the detailed engineering deliverables and design issues raised by EPC Contractor.• Reviewing and commenting of the MS ( Method Statements ) & ITPs ( inspection test plans ) raised by EPC Contractor as per applicable international standards and codes.• Monitoring site construction activities to be performed such as process piping,mechanical erection works at site and reporting to investment management team.

Management and coordination works of construction activities related to mechanical erection works such as rotating & static equipment's including heavy lifting studies, methanol tanks erection works, steel structure works for equipment shelters & pipe racks and piping field erection works above&underground piping and E&I works.
