Set the strategy, established the services, operating model and team for the newly created role and function. Reframed the business case associated with a large acquisition and divestiture, engaged executive stakeholders and delivered the first enterprise-level technology solution and global support services organization in Danaher’s history.

IT Director responsible for Tyco’s portfolio of global HR applications for employee life cycle management. This position aligns the IT roadmap and priorities with business stakeholders and directs the business application team, processes and methodologies. Additional responsibilities include IT strategic planning, vendor management, resource management and business process definition. Responsible for supporting Tyco’s HR operations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC in 50 countries, with a staff of 30+ resources, including, on-shore, off-shore and regional IT staff, and third-party consultants.Delivery Director for the global Workday HCM implementation for Tyco and the newly divested ADT Security Services in North America for 100,000 employees in 53 countries. The project is critical to delivery of the HR Transformation strategy designed to improve global HR services and analytic capabilities.

As the HR Systems and Operations Director for ADT North America, directed the HR Service Center and Workforce Analytics teams responsible for processing over 50K transactions annually and providing relevant metrics and trends that meet quality standards to key stakeholders. Identified gaps in technology services, and engaged and influenced diverse stakeholders to set priorities and develop long-term strategic technology plans. Key program deliveries included:Successfully acquired and integrated a $2 billion competitor, transformed the combined ADT Residential business, and then separated it from the ADT Commercial business. Served as the delivery Director for the HR and Payroll system and process integration which was critical to the delivery of the HR strategy and legal entity merger.Delivery Director for a multi-year payroll transformation for 20,000+ employees in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada. Established the North American shared services organization for HR and Payroll that was expanded to support other businesses within Tyco, implemented Peoplesoft HR and payroll, established standard operating procedures and developed critical service level agreements to increase accuracy and compliance in payroll processing while reducing overall cost to deliver the service.

Partnered with key executives at the Corporate and Business Unit level across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and Legal to ensure cross functional IT project prioritization and delivery based on quantified business value.Complex Program/Project Management
