• Responsible person for FMS dialer system, providing support for over 400 users across 3 divisions and external clients. Primary vendor liaison for the company, responsible for user management, troubleshooting system issues and implementing updates and hardware changes across the entire dialer platform. •Responsible for designing, building, and maintenance of campaigns, inbound and outbound IVR’s. Partnered closely with lines of business and operations management to meet business objectives and ensure consistent and accurate execution within policies and procedures, reporting, and management of dialer operations.• Have created customized automated dialer reports, phone inventory reports, production reports, agent KPI reports, gap analysis reports for operations through Microsoft SSRS 2008, Sql Server 2008, Access, Excel, Crystal Reports• Work with Management in help develop outbound campaign strategy and phone inventory management strategy. Leverage data to analyze calling strategies, recommend improvements, and identify defects and/or areas for concern.

• Providing support of WAN and LAN network of a midsize company. Maintenance and support of Windows Active directory, Exchange , DNS, DHCP and WSUS Servers and Cisco Switches and Routers. Managed network security through Cisco Pix/ASA Firewalls, Symantec Enterprise Solution, Barracuda Spam Filter, LanGuard and Microsoft ISA Firewall Server. Created, implemented and enforced computer and network security policies, including hardening of routers and switches. Used firewall logs to create custom employee internet usage reports for managers. Provided primary support for windows desktop, active directory user management, outlook email support, creating images and backups, troubleshooting printer and wireless access point issues

Performed complex diagnosis, repairs, and modifications to ground data/communications equipment. Supervised ground data/communications maintenance activities and instructed in the use and repair of ground data/communications equipment and systems. Typical duties included complex repairs and modifications to data/communication equipment, supervision of a maintenance section or shop, coordination of equipment evacuation for repair with other maintenance activities, requisitioning of parts, and monitoring maintenance reports.• Have experience working with All Marine corps ground communication system including radios sets, switchboards, telephones, fiber optic cables, and other communication equipment.• Manager/ Non Commissioned Officer responsible for mentoring, counseling and performance evaluations of 7 marines in the communication maintenance section.
