We help the various staff with the back end processes and support them on the policies governing the system.- Assisting staff all around the world by providing information on the policies and processes of the Bank- Providing guidance and support to staff with their travel reservations, trip requests and accounting of their travel expenses- Query resolution by means of answering calls and responding to emails to have it resolved in a timely and professional manner.- Enable coordination and communication among various departments such as Human Resource, Audit teams etc. for related business details.- Using SAP to provide assistance by (1) running financial reports, (2) observing accounting processes and (3) doing budget analysis Show less
