* As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience in group and individual crisis counseling with clients.* I facilitate psycho-educational-supportive groups to survivors of Domestic Violence, Batterer Intervention programs and Anger Management. * I have presented many presentations regarding topics in domestic violence, victimology, battering behavior and geriatrics. * I am interested in teaching courses at the college level ranging in these topics and the general social work field. * Presently, I have been asked to take on the case management of all Canadian recipients of The Crane Fund and will be building my fluency in French in order to better serve these clients. * I am attending Rutgers University in June 2012 - 2014 as a post graduate student in thier ACT (Addictions Counselor Training Certificate) Program to obtain duel licensure as a LCADC.Specialties: * I have over ten years of working in the domestic violence field with both victims and batterers. * My present clients are retired or disabled former employees of The Crane Company and survivors of Domestic Violence at JBWS. I am also seeing co-occurring clients individually and in groups at the COPE Center.
