I'm an agile and dynamic Quality and Food Safety Manager with 6 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry with strong food science background. My career journey started in Coca-Cola Company as SRA Assistant while I was studying for Master of Science. After I completed my Master’ degree in Italy, I have started to work for Perfetti van melle as SRA specialist and significantly contributed to the creation of a regulatory and consumer environment conducive to business. As SRA Specialist in TCCC, I was responsible for scientific advocacy, regulatory advocacy and innovation projects for all Business unit over two years with excellent knowledge of the regulatory landscape in the food and beverage industry. In the current role, I’m leading end to end QSE system operations for North Cyprus and Israel in addition to managing fountain operations with key customers as QFS Manager for all Eurasia and Middle East region which brings familiarity to work with different cultures, and superb multitasking ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and accurately.
