Job Responsibilities:. Develop and execute hotel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising. Monitor and report on hotel marketing campaign performance, and make recommendations for optimization and improvement. Develop and maintain hotel marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other sales materials. Conduct market research to identify potential hotel customers, and develop targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads. Collaborate with the hotel sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide support for sales activities, such as scheduling appointments and creating proposals. Monitor and report on hotel sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement. Manage the hotel sales and marketing databases, and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support the planning and execution of hotel events, such as corporate meetings and weddings. Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activities

Here in Asiatech my designation is promoted to Team Leader Client relationship. As a team leader my responsibility is to train my team members with channel manager and OTAs extranet and to create the reports of clients follow ups and issues related to software like channel manager, booking engine and OTAs extranets.

As a client relationship manager, my responsibility is to take care the online issues of Hotelier regarding rates and inventory management through channel manager and to resolve the issues like rate disparity overbookings , contracting online promotion etc from OTAs.
