• Mechanical Supervisor on FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading Vessel)• Supervise a team of Mechanical Technicians, Machinist, Fabricator, Engine Room Operators and General hands• Responsible for all the mechanical maintenance, repair and major overhauling.• Plan and execute the work orders generated on the CMMS system, adhere to the PTW procedures and ensure timely completion of jobs.• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and failure maintenance reports with the manpower and spare usage and feed the data in to CMMS system.• As part of the maintenance team to plan major equipment overhauls, partial and completed process shutdown activities which includes manpower resource planning and spares ordering.• Co-operate with the material coordinator and the procurement team on spares and consumables ordering, reviewing the inventory, implement the reorder min/max points, • Compile and time to time updating of the maintenance procedures.• Carry out root cause analysis of equipment failures to find and implement the right solution to stop the re-occurrence of same failure.• Emergency response team (ERT) leader.
