Roles and Responsibilities• Leading the whole branch.• Wealth Management - Catering financial and non-financial needs of the HNI clients by offering wide range of products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, Equity and Insurance products etc.,• Responsible for overall branch banking operations.• SMA follow-ups and NPA follow-ups including suit filing process.• Taking symbolic and physical possession of NPA properties.• Addressing customer grievances and handling customer queries.• Safe room operations and locker management.• CASA and RTD opening.• Customer profile modification.• Responsible for branch ATMs (Surprise visit on monthly basis).• Collecting papers and preparing proposals for all kind of loan accounts including new CC/OD accounts and CC/OD renewals.• Ensuring process compliance of documentation regarding loan account opening and loan disbursement.• Processing jewel loans and deposit loans.• Complying audit and inspection queries.
