Meine Mission ist es, eine inklusivere Welt zu schaffen, und zwar in allen Bereichen des Lebens.Als behinderter Mensch weiß ich, wie wichtig es ist, sich in verschiedenen Orten willkommen zu fühlen. Leider ist dies nicht immer der Fall, auch wenn das Menschenrecht auf Inklusion in der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention ("UN-BRK") verankert ist. Mit Inklusive Achtsamkeit schaffe ich mehr Bewusstsein dafür, dass psychische Gesundheit betreffende Interventionen und Stresspräventionsprogramme, wie z.B. MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) und andere Achtsamkeitsangebote wie Yoga für alle zugänglich gemacht werden sollten. Dazu gehören auch die Räume, in denen diese Angebote stattfinden, und die Art und Weise, wie die Inhalte konzipiert sind. Dazu biete ich eigene Workshops und Trainings für Organisationen und Einzelpersonen an. Zusätzlich erstelle ich viele Inhalte auf meinem Podcast (Inklusive Achtsamkeit - der Podcast) und auf Instagram (@inklusiveAchtsamkeit) In meiner Rolle als Projektleiterin von Inklupreneur Rheinland fördere ich die Inklusion in Unternehmen im Rheinland (LVR-Teil von NRW), um mehr Menschen mit Behinderung für ihr Team einzustellen und die Unternehmenskultur nachhaltig zu verändern. Das tun wir durch das sechs- bis achtmonatige Inklupreneur-Coaching-Programm.
