I am a co-founder and CEO of ada, an EduTech company that offers an integrated and community-based learning and development program for organizations from various sectors. With over 25 years of experience in communication, education, and leadership, I help explain and guide change processes, using the possibilities of new technologies. This is my passion and motivation, which has shaped my work as a professor, a former state secretary, a consultant, an editor, and an entrepreneur.As a professor at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, I teach and research communication management and media innovation. I also publish regularly on these topics, for example, in my column in Handelsblatt. With ada, I lead a team of more than 30 people, who share my vision of empowering people and organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing world. We have created the ada fellowship, a network of more than 2000 talents, executives, and leaders from over 60 organizations, who collaborate and learn across boundaries to tackle the challenges of organizational transformation. At ada, we believe that growth rarely happens alone, and that communication and technology are the key enablers of positive change.
