As a Senior Implementations Consultant with Qlik I was the first (SIC) for APIs and web integrations and technologies (extensions, mashups, visualizations, api integrations etc) for the Qlik Sense suite of products in the Americas. As well as an original founding member of Qlik’s first services team for the Qlik Sense suite of products. Our team's efforts contributed to the establishment of Qlik’s market presence as a de-facto standard data & BI engine for embedded or integrated analytics and data products and services by helping software and SaaS companies, fintechs, data vendors, and other enterprises build new data products, data services, analytics applications, and other solutions powered by Qlik. I was an independent, front-end focused web and web application developer. I worked with a variety of organizations including SMBs and enterprise, tech startups, and digital agencies in NYC.

Working in the Material Sciences Research Group I learned materials characterization techniques involving the use of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) in conjunction with Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. This in addition to Scanning Tunneling Microscopy characterization techniques. I also participated in research and development of novel atomic-level electrco-mechanical structures employing Scanning Electron Microscope Lithography and thin polymer deposition techniques on SiO2 substrates for use in various electro-mechanical and single-wall carbon nanotube research and development projects.This work was performed under the direction of Dr.S.Paulson as part of James Madison University's Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program, specifically JMU Materials Science REU.

Working in the Nuclear & Particle Physics Research Group I participated in the MuLan project, an international collaborative effort to measure the lifetime of the positive muon particle to one part per million. This work included time at the Paul Scherrer Institute, the particle accelerator laboratory in Villigen, Switzerland.As part of the JMU team of the MuLan collaboration I helped design, fabricate, and test optic, electronic, and computer systems for the Muon Lifetime Analysis Particle Detector. As part of the group tasked with the development of the detector's calibration system I participated in research and development of computer systems as well as a variety of optic, photo-multiplier, fiber optic and electronic systems - from early research and experimentation to engineering of components and fabrication, this included QA testing, and implementation/installation of the 2003 calibration system at the particle accelerator laboratory where the experiments would take place - the Paul Scherrer Institute in Villigen, Switzerland.
