Sr. Project Support Analyst
CurrentMy position with Kilderkin Group LLC is to support the PM MCNIS NGEN Support Contract is a continuation of my previous position with Jacobs ASG.With a diverse background including physical security, data management, contract analysis, risk management and disaster recovery I have a lot to offer any Company who is looking for a "go to" guy. In 2015 I completed 3 Certifications through ScrumStudy to qualify as a Scrum Certified Trainer. This has given me the opportunity and knowledge to incorporate inputs, outputs and tools within the realm of a traditional project management system.Some of my responsibilities include:• Development of project initiation documentation including: charters, scope statements, work breakdown structures (WBS), and MS Project based schedules• Development of other project documentation including: risk registers, contract management plans, process documentation, reports, metrics, and project closeout documentation• Overseeing a team of subject matter experts to ensure project lifecycle support is provided for assigned projects• Coordination of activities to ensure readiness for technical and program reviews• Participation in and facilitation of hardware and software supportability assessments• Review, update and maintain status of balanced score card measures and metrics for assigned projects• Facilitate team meetings to review status, review and identify risks and resolve issuesThe initiation of project documentation to include: charters, scope statements, work breakdown structures and MS Project based schedules
