At His Daughter, I oversee the marketing efforts both online and in-store. One of my main responsibilities is managing our various social media platforms. This includes creating original content, sparking engagement and facilitating organic growth for each platform. I also work closely with our e-commerce software known as CommentSold and our POS system known as Shopify. I work hard to keep those platforms up to date and optimized for maximum customer satisfaction. I also capture product pictures and film fit videos for our app. I help plan and execute monthly collection launches. I also have experience in Live social selling as well as email marketing. I have also gained experience in customer service and retail management. In 8 short months, I have helped the company increase sales by 54% and increase its Instagram following organically by 22%.
