I am an experienced ICU Nurse and the Founder & President of the Moroccan Life Support Association, dedicated to advancing healthcare simulation and promoting life-saving skills awareness. With a Master's in Simulation in Health Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Health Techniques, I have honed my skills in critical care, emergency nursing, and healthcare training.Through the Moroccan Life Support Association, I have spearheaded initiatives to raise CPR awareness and provide emergency care training to healthcare professionals and the general public. Our involvement with the Arab Resuscitation Council and participation in the Arab Pulse Wave campaigns have amplified our regional impact. Additionally, We had organized significant events such as the "Emergency Day" for nursing students, contributing to the continuous improvement of medical skills in Morocco.I am passionate about healthcare simulation and its potential to improve the quality of care. My speaking engagements at international congresses and participation in numerous medical events reflect my commitment to this field. I am also dedicated to social activism, organizing first aid training sessions and participating in community health initiatives.
