About Martin Adams

I'm Martin, the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) at Mattress Online—an award winning leader in Beds and Mattress retail. I've been on the Mattress Online journey since the start with my brother Steve since 2003. We've gone from strength to strength with rapid growth over the past two year. We're ready to use that proven success where I head up the next phase of the company's innovation strategy to shape the consumer experience like never before.I like to think that I see things differently, which is why on a personal level I'm passionate about personal knowledge management, lifelong learning and content creation. The magic happens in the invisible gaps between different disciplines.
