As the second member of the Growth team at Funding Circle, I had the opportunity to help design, implement and manage many of our growth initiatives. During my first year at Funding Circle, I worked hands-on running paid social advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter), nurture and prospect email campaigns, display advertising, marketing automation and all things marketing data! More recently, I was focused on updating Funding Circle's marketing analytics stack, website optimization, conversion funnel analysis and testing.

Led the Analytics team for the NY office, managing Jr. Analyst, all analytics strategy/deliverables and client relationships.

Planning and design of multi-channel analytics products.Collection, vetting and consolidation of digital display, website and social media data.Perform data analysis and create client-facing deliverables on campaign performance.Investigation and reconciliation of inconsistencies across reporting platforms.

Helped manage content and design of web sites.Assisted with marketing objectives such as e-mail newsletters, key word management, online advertising, etc.Managed and created content for social media, as well as goal setting and evaluation.Analysis and reporting of web marketing initiatives.

Created and led over 20 workshops that engaged 200 youth on the topics of social entrepreneurship, business plan creation, budgeting, marketing and team-building.Designed and implemented social media strategy that turned social media sites into the 3rd largest source of website traffic.Created content for social media sites, blog, website, marketing and promotional materials. Researched and wrote grant proposals to support youth leadership program.*This position was my assignment as a year-long, full-time volunteer in the AmeriCorps*VISTA program.
