With a decade's experience each, as a school counselor and in customer relations, I specialize in crafting personalized mental wellness solutions.Currently, I provide coaching and counseling for personal and professional growth, mentor psychology students through internships, and lead workshops on mental health and wellbeing. Committed to continuous learning through short-term courses, I deepen my understanding of mental wellness. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my fur babies and maintain a fitness routine that includes pilates, HIIT, yoga, AOL Sudarshan Kriya, Vipassana Anapana, and Transcendental Meditation.
