Hello! My name is Medha Karthik and I am currently a senior pursuing my bachelor's degree at the University of Texas at Dallas. Throughout my budding career, I have aimed to broaden my horizons by joining multiple organizations that ultimately further facilitated my interest in business, while staying true to my passions. I want to inspire others to put an emphasis on mental health, and formulate my own personal interests to fit into my evolving business career. I dedicated time in different career areas to gain a well rounded experience to aid my mission of eliminating implicit bias in the professional world. Additionally, I have a passion for animals and real estate, which have further helped me contribute to the organizations I have joined such as Austin Humane Society and Real Estate Club at UTD. Throughout all of my endeavors, I have obtained many skills in the field of marketing, storytelling, writing, and creativity. In the future, I strive to use the skills I learn to lead others to eliminate implicit bias in the professional world by diversifying their views, and continue being a lifelong learner.
