During my last 2 years at my stint at Persistent Systems we were involved in nurturing innovation and building and launching new products. Since then I've been involved in the innovation industry with getting associated with various events and programs. I've been a part of Raisoni College's innovation cell where we talked to and mentored budding entrepreneurs as well as judging innovation contests in the college. I am also working with MHRD and AICTE and organize, mentor and judge Smart India hackathons. I was a mentor at the Indo Singapore hackathon held in Singapore, and a finals judge at ASEAN hackathon which are all a brainchild of PM Modi. I'm also the founding member and current President of BVM Nagpur's Alumni association, for which we're trying to set up programs for business mentorship too along with several other initiatives.
