Primary Purpose Of The Job:-To maintain and supervise the parts inventory control system and Procedures.Maximize parts sales volume through the branch parts operations.Maintain an efficient and highly customer service oriented operating Environment. Produce , check , amend and action after submittal to the manager Parts operation the following reports on time,1) Suggested parts transfer2) Suggested stock orders3) Regular stock orders (sea and air freight)4) Non stock report5) Weekly transfer demand and part number update6) Weekly stock and emergency orders for depots• Take appropriate action to maintain stock levels for increase In demand. Produce timely unpacking lists of incoming shipments from supplierAnd upon warehouse confirmation, receive on the computer and Make proper adjustment for the discrepancies.Check annual surplus parts list from supplier for suitability for returnAnd will make the proper P.R.A adjustment on the system.Produce a daily physical warehouse stock count list and upon Warehouse input , make proper adjustment and submit the Discrepancy report to pars operations manager.Supervise the back order and invoice confirmation clerks to ensure Prompt back order and invoice processing.Keep customers informed about status of orders, back order arrival,Update customers with the current changes from supplier sideAnd provide necessary back up for the changes.Monitoring the KPI’s reports on monthly basis, special focus onService % , availability for stocked, non –stocked parts, territorial Filled, turnover, allocations, protections and dead stock parts as perCAT guidelines.KPIs / KPAs :-100% compliance in the review all parts operational reports at regularIntervals on monthly basis (unfinished orders/transfers – back orderAnalysis report, outstanding purchase order, etc.)100% adherence to time–scales in the review of perpetual count, Reconciling and relevant adjustments.
