1. Supervises the accounts payable function to assure timely payment of authorized disbursements and accurate recording of expenditure .2. In charge for rent contacts for all showrooms, offices & warehouses for 4 companies.16. Very good experience in ERP system.Managing payroll for 4 companies more than 500 employees - Verifying the entries of different type of leaves (absent, sick, annual leave, unpaid, emergency, maternity, wedding & death)- Verifying the entries of new joining & leavers (Resignation or Termination) - Supervises the monthly entries (Loans, deductions, incentives & commission)- Reviewing run results before applying for approvals- Calculating the end of service benefits for leavers- Preparing the required reports for WPS- Uploading WPS file to labor office site- Preparing EOSB schedules- Monitoring loans move ment- Posting monthly payroll transactions to GL- Reconciling payroll movement with GL- Preparing the required schedules for audit
