-Making all ndt method(UT -RT - VT - MT - PT - EDT ) on all welding joints and casting.-verify the doc.of received material-Full fill all the NDT requests.-Verify the in-process inspection according to ITP plan.-Verify and assurance the application of the welding procedures.-Follow and assure that all technicians are full filling their tasks.-Checking fit up of joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root gap, bevel angle,surface mismatch)-Checking welder facilites and tools needed for welding (quiver ,grinding wheel and colour code).-Checking electrode type , size , record of batch number)-checking sitting of welding machine parameters during welding operation as required by ispection plane and calculates of heat input for each welding pass.-Preliminary visual inspection of joint after welding.-Dimensional check during during assembly and after completion of assembly.
