• Plan, develop, and implement the marketing activities for a particular brand or product based on the marketing strategy.• Implement the marketing activities based on marketing calendar and Monitor the marketing budget each month and compare it with the actual expenses.• Responsible for orchestrating task with all functions in production, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, marketing research, purchasing, distribution, package development, and finance.• High coordination with the Sales, Planning, and Finance teams to meet yearly sales and operating profit objectives set for the assigned brand.• Supervise monitor and improve skills of Marketing Executives / Assistants that are assigned.

•Preparing weekly sales performance & analysis, comparing the results with the planned targets, based on Sap reports, Sales buzz and dashboard and present the finding to marketing team. •Prepare and analyze the retail audit &Tracker each month, and circulate it with the involved persons.•Analysing the consumer behavior based on the input of CIM “ Consumer interact Marketing “ team •Analyzing the media scene sent by media agency vs. the competition.•developing the brand performance report on monthly basis.•Check the accuracy of the delivering dates for the new packaging materials and comparing it with the current stocks to avoid the out of stock state.•Monthly check for products’ stocks as well as the stocks of any accumulated materials (promotion materials, POSM…) •Prepare the monthly pricing report each month (prices mirror), putting the net prices for the products and competition, update it after any price changes, and circulate it to the involved persons.•Assuring that ADFS (Arma Distribution Franchise System) that it is being applied by visiting distribution units and monitor the performance of every unit.•Weekly market visits in (Greater Cairo, Delta, Upper Egypt, Alex, and Canal) to check products performance vs. Competitions (Availability- Visibility –Price- Display- POSM/Promotions)•In-store branding evaluation, understanding & catering sales teams’, traders’ and consumers’ needs.•Periodical visits to where the BTL activities are executed (road show & shop outs) and preparing reports.•Create the Purchaising Requests for all marketing activities ATL-BTL •Co-ordinate with sales department to do distribution plan for the tools that will be used for an effective sales call (POSM, sales presenter) and following up to be well distributed among each distribution unit & target regions according to the approved plan.
