Planning and organization1. Warrant business continuity within the Consumer Direct & Indirect Channels through initiation and leadership of IT enhancement projects in co-ordination with the Consumer Rollout and Product Implementation Team 2. Approve IT outages affecting the Consumer Direct & Indirect Point of Sales.3. Develop and Lead Customer Experience initiatives across Direct & Indirect Channels to achieve Key Operational KPI’s such as Wait Time reduction, Skill, Language provisions at different locations, training & recruitment requirements, stock availability, Service Time, Staff Knowledge.4. Sales Support Manager (2008-2009), Sr. Commercial PMO Manager (2009-2010), Sales Director (2010-2011) and Business Development Director (2011-2012), prior to assuming responsibilities of VP, Business Development, in 07/2012Responsibilities incl.:• Managing 4 commercial channels and ~20 local dealers/flagships/franchises which service 4M mobile customers (consumer/enterprise)• Driving growth of the mobile subscriber base, targeting both high-value and mass market customers• Preparing/managing budgets, valued up to ~$350M• Defining annual commercial and channel sales strategies/targets/KPI’s and analyzing monthly/quarterly performance • Updating company business plan and strategic roadmap on an annual basis• Reviewing/analyzing consolidate reports and an enterprise view of projects• Identifying training needs to answer the changing organizational and market needs
