Manage all IT Activities at Kharafi Technology Sector (KTS) (6 Companies) (+ 16 Years) :1- Arab Company for Computer Manufacturing (ACCM) – www.accm-tech.com 2- MAKXALTO Advanced Card Technology - www.makxalto.com3- EMAK for Integrated Digital Solutions - www.emak-co.com 4- Nordix Egypt for Hardware & Software - www.nordixegypt.com 5- Emak International Academy - www.emak-academy.com 6- Kharafi Solar Energy (KSE) – www.kharafi-solar.com Duties and Responsibilities:- Managing, planning and provisioning of IT resources, digital services, networking and the IT infrastructure :• Developing IT strategies that align with the overall business objectives (ROI).• Design, develop, implement policies and procedures.• Manage & implement IT renewal services (Domain, Mail & Web Hosting, -Antivirus, - UTM, -ISO Audit).• Project management from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation.• Budgeting and cost management by allocating resources effectively and efficiently to maximize results while minimizing costs.• Risk management by identifying potential risks to the organization's IT infrastructure and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.• Performance management for monitoring team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills, and conducting performance evaluations.• Improve the services continually to meet the business needs.

Responsibilities:Supervise and lead IT team for implementing IT strategies:• Coordinate and delegate the responsibilities of IT team.• Coaching & Mentoring all team members progress towards goals and provide necessary advice & guidance.• Perform development processes (Design - implement – troubleshooting – updates – upgrades).• Increase user’s efficiency by creating tutorials and training sessions.• Documenting system configurations, procedures, and policies.• Network security & monitoring network performance.• Endpoint Security Center: Symantec - Bit Defender – Kaspersky.• Firewall & UTM: ISA - Surf Control – TMG – D-Link - GajShield – Cyberoam – Sophos – FortiGate.• ERP & CRM System: Super A – Crystal Office – Isqala – Odoo.

* Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining network connectivity’s, servers & security systems:• Internet Connections: VDSL - Leased Line - Pre Wi-Max - Microwaves - 4G -VPN.• Core Infrastructure: Windows servers services (AD – DNS – DHCP – FTP – IIS -FS – DFS – FSRM – WSUS -WDS - NLB -VPN - Hyper V – ESXI -VCenter).• Backup & Replication: Symantec – Acronis - Veeam • CCTV: Analog, IP & Wireless – DVR & NVR (Pelco - Focus – Dahua – Hikvision - Hi Sharp - D-Link).• Time Attendance & Access Control: Card – Finger – Face (ZK IFace -UFace).• Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensuring the availability & performance.• Creating and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.

* Responsibilities: - Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting (Hardware -software – networking):• Backup user profile, install Microsoft windows, drivers and programs.• Setup printing, imaging devices & E-Mail accounts.• Configure basic security for users (Firewall, internet settings & antivirus).• Join computers in domain and join users in groups.• Managing Users (Disk quotas, share permissions and print sharing).• Configure network devices (Cables, face plate, switches, Wireless access points & routers)• Help users through phone, personal client’s visits and remote desktop connection. • Create technical support report & hardware inspection report about IT problems.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• Manage and coordinate resources, both internal and external, to execute project tasks effectively.• Testing to ensure systems are functioning as intended before and after delivery • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.• Evaluate performance for teams & subcontractor through KPI• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
