Packaging Process Engineer Packaging Process Engineer is part of a team that provides packaging process technical support and process development for medical device sterile packaging operations both locally and globally. As a part of this team the Packaging Process Engineer is responsible for development of packaging processes that are standardized across multiple facilities globally. This person participates in new product development activities and ensures process readiness for new product launches. This person provides support for the Memphis packaging operations including equipment validations, process documentation, and process problem solving. Packaging Process Engineer works independently and with other engineers in performing packaging and equipment testing, resolving process problems, and implementing process improvement and error prevention projects.While performing all engineering activities this person maintains compliance with quality systems and current industry standards for packaging of sterile and non-sterile medical devices, such as ISO 11607 and ISO 16775.
