Founded and managed a home services firm that specialized in home theater consultation and installation; low voltage wiring and networking and home improvement and remodeling as well as point of sale installation for NCR.  Consistently provided quality craftsmanship, reliable service and timely installations to deliver on-time and on-budget.  Installed point of sale systems in Dunkin Donuts, McDonald’s and Arby’s restaurants throughout the continental U.S. and provided technical support for NCR-related installations. Retrofitted structured wiring systems, installed whole house audio, home theatre systems and flat panels, pre-wired communications and AV drops and trained clients on system controls.  Executed complete build out of basement and renovation of first floor 1960’s ranch home. Leveled basement floor with gypcrete, removed interior CMU walls, installed single post & LVL beam system, electrical wiring with sub-panel, plumbing, sewer, water and gas lines, framing, fixtures and built-ins. Completed demolition of kitchen and load-bearing walls; installed hardwood floors, shiplap on A-frame ceiling, kitchen cabinets and appliances, exterior doors, trim and final finishes. Designed and installed 20x20’ deck with cable railing.

Support Team Leader for all Dunkin Brands point of sale (POS) installations, warranty replacements, conversions and network maintenance.  Communication conduit between multiple teams including account management, property build, Dunkin management, third party support groups, franchisees + store managers, installers and onsite technicians.  Thorough communicator and people coordinator who effectively trouble-shoots issues with onsite technicians.  Authored and updated equipment install guides, check lists, knowledge-based articles, how-to guides and remote support reference documents.  Implemented new and improved install techniques; streamlined trouble-shooting and communication processes and procedures.  Manage multiple nationwide independent contractor install teams coordinating install appointments with equipment logistics and franchisee schedules.  Provide technical support to approximately 8-10 install teams, customer engineers and local market technicians per day.  Manage hand-off process of operational site to franchisee for opening.  Communicate via multiple channels and softwares including: text, email, phone, WebX, Zoom, LogMeIn, Service Now, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, BMC Ready Systems, Quickbase, Mircosymphony, Enterprise Management Console, Citrix and VNC Viewer.

Station Services Manager (2007–2009)Managed Atlanta’s fourth largest station, which facilitated highest volume of packages per square mile. Orchestrated three independent contractor fleets with 65 employees and six DHL Express associates. Responsible for contract enforcement, building operations, financial management and performance evaluation and accountability.  Managed team of 55 couriers that efficiently collected, sorted and distributed over 50,000 packages per week via 52 routes.  Improved efficiency through reorganization of station’s independent contractor territories, saving DHL approximately $10,000-$15,000 per week.  Improved performance ratings based on metrics of inbound/outbound service performance, transit time, budget, customer service and independent contractor performance. Station consistently ranked within the top 70 out of 350 stations based on performance metrics. Served as station liaison with premier clients such as Coca-Cola, CNN, IBM, Deloitte & Touche and Rollins, Inc. Field Service Supervisor (2001-2007)Directed pick-up and delivery operations and inbound/outbound activity. Supervised team of independent contractors and DHL Express employees.  Identified challenges, conducted root cause analysis and implemented solutions that saved DHL Express nearly $20,000 of annual savings. Service Agent/Courier/Dispatcher (1991-2001)Established solid foundation and fundamental understanding of the logistics industry through several operations positions.  Facilitated sort of inbound/outbound packages.  Delivered and collected packages for routes throughout Metro-Atlanta.
