Cummins is a Fortune 500 company with US$24B revenues. The LATAM region represents a US$3B business operation spanning across 15+ countries with main manufacturing sites in Mexico and Brazil, and a total of 12,000+ employees.As the strategy leader for the region I´m in charge of designing and deploying key strategies for our business units, manufacturing sites and support functions. In addition, I was appointed as Chief of Staff to coordinate our leadership team and ensure alignment under a common strategy.Other highlights of my role are:Innovation – Design an deploy a comprehensive innovation strategy in the LATAM region to promote an innovation culture and agenda involving internal initiatives (ie.: crowdsourcing, hackatons, shark tank) and external ones, such as alliances with R&D centers, local universities and research centers. With local governments I'm in charge to lead Industry 4.0 forums to define the grounds for an I4.0 platform and technological park involving Academia, Government and Private sector (triple helix model).Corporate Responsibility – I actively participate on several corporate responsibility initiatives across the region, being the most important my role as LATAM leader for our Women Empowerment Network (WEN), part of our 5 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). I serve also as a LATAM sponsor for our LGBT+ ERG. Both ERGs with the main objective of promoting gender equality with multiple initiatives. In addition to other high profile environmental and community initiatives.

Executed the RFx processes, coordinated negotiations with incumbent and new suppliers.
