• Assist international manufacturers and suppliers (From China, Bangladesh, India, and Turkey) in developing their business in African countries.• Assist companies in establishing their factories or assembly lines from the study to the realization and development of the process.• Advise companies to enhance and develop their brands.

• Prepare the production schedule with international suppliers (Turkey, Romania, China… etc.)• Manage the production lines for the SKD/CKD production of different white goods products.• Ensure that ISO certification standards are applied throughout the production process.• Led the factory engineers, technicians, and workers to ensure that factory operations ran smoothly.• Collaborate with the quality control team to establish and execute quality control processes.• Schedule preventive and curative maintenance for buildings and equipment with the maintenance team.• Work closely with after-sales, call center, and sales teams to achieve KPIs, build customer loyalty, identify needs, and get feedback to improve end-customer satisfaction and our partners' success• Manage Spare Parts orders using the MANUSOFT and claim about product defects and missing parts using the DIGIPORT (Jira Service Management).• Study new projects, support the sales and marketing team, and participate in new products or model choices according to market requirements.• Prepare reports and statistics for General Manager.
