Our small team covers all Retail and CPG recruiting, in both Adult-Use and Medical markets across several states. Staffed launch of NJ into Adult-Use in 2022; MD in 2023.

The Healing Center merged with Verano Holdings in 2021 and I was happy to make the transition. Vertically integrated, multi-state operator in both the medical and adult use markets. Here I continued to staff new locations and backfill existing ones on a state-wide level for compliance, entry level, management, medical professional, security, and other specialized roles.

Responsible for all parts of the new hire process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, and training. Medical Marijuana dispensaries, originating in the Pittsburgh area before expanding to the Philadelphia area as well. Began with standard retail permit, before adding additional 6 stores and eventual cultivation facility on clinical research license.

Entry level retail position in start up dispensary. Only part time employee on roster opening day of inaugural store.
