My work demands that I maintain a working knowledge of federal law, regulations, and guidance related to Title I, Part A; Title I, Part C; Title I Part D; Title II, Part A; Title III; Title VI and Title X in order to provide technical assistance and training to school district administrators and staff. In addition I conduct and coordinate trainings, workshops and conferences on compliance issues as they relate to the ESEA, EDGAR, and OMB Circular A-87 to include the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2008.
